- To humanely reduce the population of stray animals via a neuter and release program

- To vaccinate and provide basic preventative health care to the stray dog and cat population 

- To provide veterinary treatment to sick animals or those with chronic illness

- To help other volunteers and welfare groups that provide care to stray animals

- To educate and work with local communities to address misconceptions about stray animals and to inspire others to help 

- To reduce the risk that stray animals can pose to humans
